Warranty
THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Our warranty covers a three year period starting at the date of substantial completion. Fernanadez Designs & Builders, Inc. will at its option, replace or repair any defective parts or materials supplied and installed by FDB.
At Fernandez Designs & Builders, Inc. we take pride in the quality of our service and feel confident offering our customers a three year limited warranty even though we're required by law to cover only a one year period.
With FDB, You're Covered
Ask the contractor if the company is insured against claims covering Workers' Compensation, property damage, and personal liability in case of accidents. Ask to see a copy of the certificate of insurance or ask for the name of the contractor's insurance, as required by law.
This is important for you as a homeowner because if a worker is injured while working on your property and the contractor does not have insurance, you are the one who is going to have to pick up the bill for the injured worker's injuries and rehabilitation. Don't let your homeowner's policy become your contractor's liability coverage!
