More Than a Second Story Addition
Adding a second story to a home is a big job, but that was just the beginning for the Kulkarnis.
The owners always wanted to have a newer house with more square footage for their family, as well as a radically different style than the single story ranch home they were used to.
By the end of the project, we had retrofitted the single story home to support the second story, rebuilt the interior and exterior, and even added new xeriscaping and hardscaping to complement the updated look.
Design and Build Under One Roof
One of the reasons the Kulkarnis said they ultimately chose us for this project is because we could offer both design and build services under one roof. This allowed them to manage their project with fewer touch points, making the process easier for our client. Our ongoing communications helped us control costs in unexpected ways, leaving them with a home that exceeded their expectations.
